In this BingoPort review, I found a rather basic-looking site with a purple color scheme. There’s a lot of stock imagery, but no high-quality promotional banners to catch your eye. Additionally, the website is relatively small, with limited information available for new visitors. I did find a few positive testimonials on the homepage, but there’s no way to actually verify where these came from.

Instead, you’ll need to send an email if you want to speak to a member of the team, and response times can take a few business days in some instances. Additionally, I found it normally took multiple back-and-forth emails to find a resolution, so you could be waiting up to a week or longer before your issue is actually resolved.

There is a small help section on the website, which is a welcome addition. However, it looks like it has been created in a rush, as there’s a very small amount of information, which drags down the BingoPort ratings again.

BingoPort is a legitimate sweepstakes casino site that is legal for residents of the United States aged 18+. There does not appear to be any major security concerns. For example, the official site features SSL, encryption software to protect your sensitive data. However, if you read any other BingoPort reviews or user feedback, you’ll find this site has a pretty poor reputation for support services, prize redemptions, and various other important aspects.

I was unable to find any evidence of a VIP or rewards program at BingoPort. In fact, there was a real lack of any significant ongoing promotions for existing users when compared to many of the top sweepstakes casinos. This is further evidence of why you should avoid this casino and look for a viable alternative.

However, there was one promotion that I did manage to find, which was a referral offer. If a friend joins the casino using your referral link, you’ll receive 10 free Access Tokens. This is certainly not the most generous referral program around, and with the poor reputation this casino has, it might be harder than usual to get your friends to register.

Sadly, there isn’t anything unique about BingoPort. Everything that I’ve found in this review is either delivered to a basic or significantly worse standard than the casino’s competitors. You could argue that the merchandise store is a unique factor to the site, but this doesn’t provide any value to your overall gaming experience.
