I was a little disappointed when I saw the MyPrize US welcome bonus. When I signed up and created an account, I got 1,000 Gold Coins and no Sweeps Cash. For part of the MyPrize US review I wanted to look at usability and style so below I’ve shared my thoughts on the site and mobile site design.

The website looks pretty basic

I can see what style of website MyPrize US has gone for, but I think the execution needs a major overhaul. Compared to other sweepstakes casinos I’ve played at, it looks basic. The navigation menu, and standard button text all look fine, but it’s the game thumbnails and header graphics that let everything down. I don’t know if it’s my monitor, but the thumbnail graphics look pixelated and incredibly low resolution – it just brings down the whole look of the site.

The usability is OK though – the games are nicely organized into logical categories, and things like promotions, Gold Coin packages, and support links are easy to find.

There is no downloadable mobile app

At this point in time I couldn’t find a MyPrize US mobile app on the App Store, Play Store, or their website. I’m not disappointed by this – hardly any sweepstakes casinos from my experience have a mobile app.

You can play at MyPrize US using a mobile browser like Safari or Chrome though. It looks exactly like the desktop website, and the layout and theme is the same – just shrunk and optimized to fit on your smaller smartphone screen. I had a decent time exploring the mobile site and the game loading times were OK. I actually prefer the mobile version better to the desktop site as the thumbnail and graphic resolution looks a little better.

Regarding Sweeps Cash redemptions, you need a minimum balance of 100 SC for cash prize redemptions, and the conversion is 1:1 USD. There is also a 1x playthrough requirement for any bonus SC you have. The sweeps rules state that redemptions can be made via online bank transfer, and they can take anywhere between 3-10 working days which is standard for the sweepstakes casino industry.

As far as I found, the only support option at this sweepstakes casino is an email ticket system. I wasn’t able to see a live chat. The rakeback seems the most interesting feature as it can go as high as 5%.

Most of the games here you can find at hundreds of other sweepstakes casinos. The only thing that made this site stand out was the inclusion of live dealer games from Evolution. This is quite rare for social casinos and it includes the Lightning series such as Lightning Blackjack and Lightning Roulette.
